The Alena Resort A Pramana Experience Ubud , Ubud (Bali)

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were very spacious with a lovely terrace facing the swimming pool, but they were quite far from the reception and not as clean as I'd hoped, with numerous spiders, geckos, and lizards around. However, the rooms were designed with attention to detail and provided a tranquil atmosphere.

The hotel rooms were incredible and falling over themselves to be helpful, but unfortunately, the strong smell of mold made me feel sick and unable to sleep. However, the beauty of the rooms was undeniable.

The hotel was exactly as portrayed in the photos, though it could be a bit brighter in the rooms. The cleaning service was thorough, and they replenished the water regularly; however, it did feel a tad dark inside. The staff were proactive in helping us with recommendations for activities and dining choices, truly going the extra mile to ensure our stay was delightful. The location, while a bit far from Ubud city center, offered a serene and relaxing ambiance that we found soothing. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of delicious courses to choose from. Overall, a great option, especially considering the value for money.

I had a cozy stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms but some noise from TV and a small patio facing the swimming pool. The service was outstanding, especially with accommodating food allergies. The location was peaceful although a bit secluded. The dining experience was fantastic with friendly staff and delicious options. Overall, a good value for the money.
